New, with tags, old store stock ( probably 1980s-there is no UPC code, old style tag, marked down in price in ink, etc.). There is a spot stain lower front (see photo #4); probably damaged at the store. It has not been washed, but assume it’s permanent. Buttons at fly.

Measurements: Men’slarge : 29″ waist(when laid flat on the table) will stretch up to 44″ so recommend for men’s waists of 36″ to40 “.14.5″ out seam ( or total length),3.5 ” inseam, 13″ rise, 14″ leg openings.
Care: ONLYwash/dry in cool/mild temps to prevent shrinkage and fading. Do not dry-clean or line dry (according to tag)!
