Standard UK delivery will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Interlink on a service scheduled to be delivered within the stated time. This may require a signature, if you are not available to sign for your delivery or the package is too large to fit through your letter box it will be taken back to your local depot for collection.

You should be left a calling card with instructions on how to either collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery.

Standard European delivery is dispatched via Royal Mail Airsure / International Signed for service. Please note this service requires a signature on arrival of your parcel. If you are not available to sign for your items it will be sent back to your nearest Post Office for collection

You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty – if any – depends on the type of goods and their value

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges. If you have any queries on duties payable, please contact your local Customs authority.

Returning Items to UnderU
You are welcome to return any items with 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to make an exchange (to the purchased value, for a different size or colour).

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for Thongs, Straps, Jocks or Strings unless the item is unopened or faulty.

In all cases returned items will be inspected by us upon their arrival. Faulty items may also be returned to the Brand for further inspection, in which case UnderU would be acting as the Agent and not be responsible for the verdict from the Brand.

All items returned must be returned in theirfull original, undamaged packaging, with all labels still attached, and should have no signs of wear. For example all footwear must be returned in the original box, the footwear and soles should not have any visible signs of wear. Failure to provide full original packaging is subject to a re-stocking fee.

Until we receive your item back to Customer Services, the item is still your responsibility.

You are responsible for all postage costs associated with returning any item, which we recommend you send back to us viaRecorded Second Class post.
