We will only send replacement itemsonce the parcel company confirms the item is lost. This can take up to 21 days. For urgent deliveries withinthe UK we recommend Special Delivery as it is a guaranteed service (except for weekends). Tracked deliveryaims to deliver within 2-3 days but thisis not a guaranteed service. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the parcel company.

RETURNS

As per distance selling regulations,please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to return your item asunwanted for a refund. Once you have received returns authorization, theunwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.

Items that are unwanted or orderedincorrectly must be returned in the samecondition they were received inwith the original packaging and allparts. The buyer will then receive a full refund but they mustcover return postage costs.

For all returns authorizations please contactus via store messaging and state the reason for return.

In the unlikely event that items arelost in the post we can send a replacement after15 working days (21 days for International orders) but unfortunately, weare unable to refund due to risk of fraudulent claims.

For international customers please beaware if your item becomes faulty and you require us to replace the item, the cost of returning the item to us isyour responsibility, we cannotreimburse return postage costs. However we will send out the replacement atour cost.
