Can I combine auctions to reduce shipping costs?
YES, but you must wait until you have purchased/won all the items before checking out. Once you check out, you cannot combine items. There is one shipping rate for the first item, and a lower rate for each additional item. Please refer to each item page for the specific amounts for your order.

Shipping costs vary from item to item. Each item page indicates the shipping rate for the first item cost, as well as a lower cost to ship each additional item. If you purchase multiple items the highest cost is first, regardless of the order in which the items were purchased.
How do I change my shipping address AFTER I have already paid for an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incorrect address information submitted during the checkout process, due to paypal and credit card policies, we are required to ship to the same address provided on your payment.
Where do you ship to?
Most of our items ship worldwide. Any exceptions are noted on the item page. We do not ship Levi’s to Europe or UK.
How long will it take to get my order?
Handling Time: Orders ship 1-2 business days after payment is received. We will send you an email when payment clears. Delivery time: Once your order leaves our facility, delivery within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. International delivery can take 10-15 business days. Delivery times do NOT include weekends & holidays. We will send you an email when your order ships and include a tracking number (if available).
Do you offer a faster shipping method?
YES, we offer Expedited shipping for U.S. customers only. Please be sure to choose the “Expedited Shipping” option at checkout. Unfortunately we do not offer Expedited shipping to international customers at this time. *Exception: If you are an international customer paying for an order with a value of $400 or more, your order will automatically be upgraded to Expedited Shipping.
What if an item does not fit or I just do not want it?
In these cases, we will be happy to issue you a refund if the item is in the same condition as originally shipped. Any tags or labels need to remain attached. Shipping costs are not refundable in this situation. *Items with “Free Shipping” will have the original postage amount deducted from the refund. You MUST CONTACT US before returning an item.
Can I exchange an item?
NO, unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/color than what was purchased in the auction. However, we will accept your return for a purchase price refund. Please contact us for return instructions.
What do I do if something I purchased is not as described?
Please contact us through store. We do our best to describe each item accurately, but if our listing was inaccurate, we will be happy to correct the situation.

How can you sell items so cheap?
We buy over stock and out of season products in truckloads from major department stores. We get great deals from them that we pass on to you! We stand by all of our products.
I bid on the wrong size. Can you send me a different size?
NO, unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/color than what was purchased in the auction. Please let us know if you will need us to mutually cancel the sale so you can bid on the exact item you need – if available.
Why have you not responded to my emails or store messages?
We respond to all messages by the end of the next BUSINESS day. Since we do not work on weekends and holidays, if you send us a message on Friday we will not get back to you until the following Monday.
Can you measure an article of clothing for me?
Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive to do this, AND the large number of items we have for sale, we cannot cost-effectively provide any additional measurements. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I live locally. Can I pick up my order?
NO, our facility is not set up for walk-ins, as we are exclusively an online store. If you need help shopping online, please let us know and we would be happy to help you out.
